Our biggest API release to date. You can now create, update and delete your core catalog assets directly through the API — not just read them.

- Albums, Tracks and Works now support POST, PUT and DELETE

- Writers, Publishers, Videos, Products and Uploads — each with full list, search, read, create, update and delete endpoints

- Albums, Tracks and Works now return additional metadata fields (language, notes, locking status, pricing, copyright lines, linked videos, and more)

A new spreadsheet template is now available to update or clear identifiers in bulk for Tracks, Works, Albums, and Videos.

This template allows users to efficiently manage asset identifiers through a simple import process, making large-scale updates faster and easier.

Users can now upload attachments directly to Company and Contact records from the Workspace.

In addition, Rights-Holders can upload attachments from their Rights-Holder Portal, and these files will automatically be linked to the corresponding Company or Contact record in the account’s CRM.

We’ve enhanced the CRM to support the storage and management of banking details for your Right-Holders.

To simplify administration and keep information up to date, Right-Holders can now update their banking information directly from their Right-Holder Portal.

We’ve added an extra layer of security to your account with the introduction of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Account admins can now enable 2FA for all users directly from the account settings. Once activated, users will be required to verify their login using a one-time code sent to their email.

This update helps keep your account safer by ensuring that only authorized users can access it—even if passwords are compromised.

It's now possible to create lists of resources for the following resource types:

Then, those lists can be used as a filter in their corresponding resource type list, for example to execute bulk actions on those resources.

What's great is that you can add resources to a static list manually, or you can add them in bulk via identifiers (Reprtoir Identifiers, UPC, ISRC, ....)

We have added new Artist Roles on , and .

The addition of these new roles will improve the quality and quantity of data that you can store in our CMS.

This data will also be useful for sending your to Reprtoir Distribution or DSPs.

For clarity, we have moved all contributors of an asset into their own "Contributors" tab on the asset form.

When processing an Income Statement file in Reprtoir, sometimes there is multiple errors generated depending of the precision of the data inside the uploaded statement file.

For errors of type Country, Retailer and Source Provider, you can now select multiples errors at once to mass correct them!
