It would be really helpful if, after creating a payment and marking it as paid, there was an option to automatically send a message to the rightsholder notifying them that their payment has been released. Currently, this has to be done manually, and it would be great if the system could handle this to save a few steps. Additionally, it would be helpful to have the option to save and load text templates (e.g., when sending statements, etc.).

Some organisations, such as https://www.iceservices.com , need writer agreement references for controlled writers in CWRs to accept work registrations. After speaking to ICE, I've learned that this should go into the PWR record of the CWR. I suggest implementing the field on the ownership section of the rights tab on individual work similar to the agreement reference . The alternative would maybe be to have a field for it on a songwriter level. However that would be an issue in cases where a publisher has multiple agreements with the same songwriter. So if you for some reason would prefer this, the field should allow multiple entries and there should be a select menu on the work level for choosing the relevant agreement number for the specific work. Integrate a DDEX Feed for use with Delivery Platforms, like Audiosalad, IDOL, FUGA etc. So we can import/submit easily, this will also improve your royalty platform.

Possibilit to add instrument (including vocals, backing vocals) for featured artist(s)

Possibility to record all personnell that contributed to the track, including studio musicians, engineers etc.

Possibility to add personalized images as thumbs on Videos.

Would be great to see a preview button on pdf files attached to contracts as an option to open the file using the browser.

As to is now, you can assign artists to a contract. I would like to be able to see at the artist page what contracts are assigned to the artist.

It would be much better to have the affiliation details auto populated instead of having to input them for each writer, on each work. There is a big chance of human error this way and it is redundant, as the affiliation information is linked to each writer already.
