Preview of Contract attachments

:) Tiffany K Casteel here, I would like to give a suggestion. Why not send emails or a link to request a contract to preview? That way you get to preview the contract at the same time can build up an e-mail list of subscribers. Just add a sentence into the terms and conditions stating that to preview contract in a more secure setting it will be e-mailed and of course, with an optional opt out button as soon as they are done reviewing pdf links. :)

Sorry we do not want to develop attachment previews because there are so many different files format this would be too much work for us.

Tellef Kvifte: Ok PDF only is something we'll consider

Steve Verlinden: Actually, only pdf is good, as we dont want attached contract document to be editable. But as we frequently have to consult contract texts, preview would be EXTREMELY practical!

Steve Verlinden: Today, I'd like to go through a lot of contracts to update expenses in the Royalty manager. Hopelessly inconvenient to have to download each contract to check content. A preview would be a GREAT timesaver!

Steve Verlinden: Still another argument: Being a platform for cooperation, contracts are supposed to be seen by more than one person in the staff. It is not good security to have contract downloaded on multiple computers - with all possibilities for confusion over versions, and for contracts to get into hands of people who re not supposed to see them.
