Rights Holder Portal: Make it possible to store other uploaded files

Possibility to store other files in the rights holder portal. As someone that paid the artists before (and also needs to send them invoices), it would be lovely to be able to store any other files not generated in Reprtoir so the Rights Holders might see them in only one place.

Very interesting. Would love this feature as well, being able to use the Portal for sharing/generating/exchanging different documents, such as invoices (maybe an invoice generator for rights-holders could be here for statements, with notification when invoice has been generated).
